All personalized items are custom 3D printed to order. Processing times vary depending on the complexity of your design:
- Simple prints: 3-5 business days
- Complex prints: 5-10 business days
- Large or multi-part orders: 10-14 business days
3D Prints that are listed on our website that have already been processed require 1-2 business days.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to ship.
Custom Orders & File Uploads
For custom 3D printing orders, please upload your design files as per the process detailed within the product description of that item. Accepted file formats include JPG, JPEG and PNG. If you have questions about your design or need assistance, please contact us before placing your order.

We ship throughout Australia using Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
