Illuminated CMYK Lithophane Display – LED Backlit Frame

Each lithophane is printed using CMYK PLA and a 0.2mm nozzle, allowing for the highest possible level of detail, sharper gradients, and improved colour clarity when illuminated.

The lithophane is housed in a custom-designed frame featuring a light diffuser, ensuring smooth, even illumination with no harsh hotspots. A fitted LED light board provides adjustable brightness, making it easy to set the perfect ambience or highlight fine image details.

For convenience and flexibility, the display includes a remote control for easy on/off operation and brightness adjustment. An attached stand allows the frame to be displayed freestanding on desks, shelves, or display units. Custom lithophane prints make perfect gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, memorials, or anyone wanting something truly personal and handmade.

Runtime will vary depending on brightness level selected via the remote.

Using AA Alkaline batteries (recommended):

• 3 × AA battery box

  • Low brightness: 9–12 hours

  • Medium brightness: 6–9 hours

  • High brightness: 4–6 hours

Notes for Transparency (Optional but Recommended)

• Rechargeable AA batteries may result in slightly shorter runtimes

• Lower brightness significantly extends battery life

• These estimates are based on continuous use; intermittent use will extend total lifespan

How the Process Works

• Select your preferred frame colour and battery box (if any) from the options provided.

• Upload your Image by selecting the "Choose File" button. Follow the prompts.
• Proceed to checkout and complete your order.

• If you have any special requests, contact us at info@hobbyforge3d.store and include your order details and nominate the best email address for us to contact you with any questions or clarifications. This stage is where we will clarify the resulting print dimensions. We strive to honor the ordered size which can be achieved with editing. For example, a square photo, depending on the original size, may require cropping. 

• Your image will then be enhanced and prepared using professional photo-editing software to achieve the best possible Lithophane result.

• Once completed, your custom print will be packaged and posted to you.
